The hotel rooms were beautiful, modern, and well-maintained with super comfy beds and a spacious bathroom, larger than expected, spotless, and modern with classic amenities like a HDTV, ice-cold fridge, and AC. The service was really friendly and efficient, a pleasure to deal with, and very accommodating. The location was beautiful and convenient, providing access to everything needed. The dining experience was good with enough options but a bit pricey. The facilities were top-notch, meeting my expectations.

Starting my stay, the hotel impressed me with its room featuring a sliding glass door opening to a small patio by the pool. The room had a comfortable king bed, a sofa sleeper, a work desk, and a full-sized bathroom with Paul Mitchell amenities. Although the cleanliness was acceptable, there was some moisture inside the double-glazed window which affected the view. The service offered was exceptional, going as far as offering me points for the inconveniences faced during my stay. The staff was very accommodating and made my experience pleasant. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, allowing me to easily access both New York City and New Jersey attractions. Additionally, the proximity to the Garden State Parkway was convenient, but I did encounter some issues regarding confirmation of credit card details weeks prior to my arrival. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good selection of options, catering to large groups like my wedding party. For value, the hotel provided a decent experience.

The hotel is in a convenient location right off the Garden State Parkway, making it perfect for exploring NYC, NJ, and enjoying comedy gigs or Renaissance fairs. The rooms are modern and spacious but can be a bit loud due to HVAC and refrigerator noises. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing a welcoming atmosphere. While the dining experience wasn't free and was pricey, the location offers great convenience.
